A weekly opportunity to unwind and nourish yourself! Combining mindful movement, somatic release, and relaxation techniques, this class is designed to help reduce stress, release tension, and promote overall well-being. Led by Lori Wieder, LAPC, C-IAYT, these sessions are designed for all levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.
This is offered as an eight-week series, Tuesdays at 5:30pm starting January 7 through March 4, 2025 (no class 1/21).
